WASHINGTON (TNND) — President Donald Trump’s deportation mission is bringing more arrests and removals of migrants with ties to gangs, violent criminal histories and allegations of sexual assault in the sweeping crackdown taking place across the country.

The administration has said it is targeting illegal immigrants who pose a threat to the public in its initial crackdown before ramping up operations to remove the 11 million estimated people living in the U.S. illegally.

The Trump administration received a $25 billion pitch from prominent defense contractors to set up military-style “processing camps” to help carry out mass migrant deportations, a new report says.

The aggressive blueprint, spearheaded by the likes of former Blackwater CEO Erik Prince and COO Bill Mathews, aims to use a range of tactics to swiftly boot 12 million illegal migrants from the US before the 2026 midterms.

As part of the proposal, the contractors fired off a list of Army bases that would be suitable to build “camps” that could be up-and-running “in less than one week.”

In addition to the camps, the pitch also lays out the need for a fleet of 100 private planes and a “small army” of private citizens to help carry out arrests.

“To keep pace with the Trump deportations, it would require a 600% increase in activity,” the plan states.

“It is unlikely that the government could swell its internal ranks to keep pace with this demand … in order to process this enormous number of deportations, the government should enlist outside assistance.”

The proposal suggests enlisting about 10,000 citizens – including veterans, ex-cops and retired ICE agents – to give them similar powers to immigration officials who would report to “border czar” Tom Homan.

“In order to save the US economy, the nation has to eject as many of these illegal aliens as quickly as possible,” the pitch insists.

The 26-page document has been circulating among allies of President Trump since December.

The issue with born of citizens vs not is that one is a given for any country in the world - i.e descendants come with the status quo of the nation.

The other part is an addition - so if they’re good for the country it’s great and you’re adding to the great- but if they’re bad then you adding to the bad already here from criminal whites,blacks,asians,hispanics and so on.

Whats happening today is an extreme step because most Americans have been numbed with constant media barrages and amplified visibility of immigrants due to policies of decades.

There is Trumps solution - there is Musk’s wannabe Nazism - then there is a balance that is needed to be returned.

What that elusive formula is unknown and beyond to me - but to give you the idiotic nature of blue states - in my state harassment can be claimed by any identity if another reasonable person of that SAME identity says so too. In other words - someone who claims to be a transgender space cat can find me wearing a navy blue shirt in front of them offensive and get another person claiming to be a transgender space cat to say yes it’s offensive and I am now an accused criminal.

So an illegal here can be given status - and then accuse you of harassment if you use the word illegal in ANY context and get another illegal to testify.

Instead of allowing habeas corpus - having additional witnesses or opinions - you’re lowering the bar for cancel culture and ruining lives.

Actually, you are wrong on this.

Even if you suspend habeas corpus and throw these guys out to Guatmala or whatever, you will not get rid of them. A lot of them already have US passports because they are, duh, citizens. They have birth certificate, they have citizenship. Also they have ZERO citizenship other than USA.

What will happen is this: Trump will throw them out and fails to amend constitution, the moment Trump is out, they all will come rushing back.

So you are going to just delay things a bit but not prevent them if you do not amend the constitution.

So either amend constitution, or ensure that Trump is in power forever. I guess choice should not be hard.

The hypocrisy of far too many Jews on the matter of immigration becomes astonishingly evident when one discovers just how determined Israeli Jews are in heavily securing their own borders. Has the Israeli government ever been as laxed as the former Biden administration when it comes to immigration? Hardly. They very much protect their borders and thereby their own people from foreign invaders or immigrants from other ethnic groups. This is perfectly reasonable on the part of Israel’s government, and they do not view it as ‘xenophobic’ or ‘racist’ in the least. It also reveals a wise strategy on their part to protect and preserve their people, their cultural values and the safety of future generations. Thus, the very thing that many Jews rightly want for Israel, they deny to America when it comes to immigration enforcement.

Even if you suspend habeas corpus and throw these guys out to Guatmala or whatever, you will not get rid of them. A lot of them already have US passports because they are, duh, citizens. They have birth certificate, they have citizenship. Also they have ZERO citizenship other than USA.

What will happen is this: Trump will throw them out and fails to amend constitution, the moment Trump is out, they all will come rushing back.

There will be both legal crisis and constitutional crisis if Trump is dead set on using executive order to challenge the Constitution. Executive order is not actually the law of the land, it's a direction of how federal government work, as it was, it may not be legal, this WILL have consequences once the executive order is rescinded, people are going to sue the federal government, all those federal workers that was force out of retirement or otherwise forced to be downsized WILL sue, all those people that was forcibly removed, whether or not they are legal US resident WILL sue. All those were not granted citizenship being born in the US as per Trump executive order WILL sue.

Unless America become a dictatorship, and have successive MAGA administration in the foreseeable future, once this is all over, there are going to be tons of court cases from just about everywhere, thousand if not millions of class action on the federal government. Last time when Trump did his deed on border and separate the minor from their parent, we settled with 1.8 billion dollars with each of the 4000 plaintiffs all paid 450,000 and also come out with a green card. This time his executive order affected millions of people, both US and non-US resident. The number is going to be astronomical. And it will not be Trump administration who pays, it will be the next guy because class action lawsuit take time, there are no way you can get it done in 4 years, so the next guy is going to cop it.

On the other hand, Trump keep using executive order to by-pass the constitution, this is going to pitch the SCOTUS against the executive Office one day, now who have a stronger will? SCOTUS is not going to strip themselves off their judiciary power which mean if it DID clash, this is going to paralyse the entire country.

State can't dilute Habeas Corpus......This is a federal right, as in all citizens within the 50 US states are the Federal Subject of the United States of America. So the government can have the body of the subject (which is what Habeas Corpus mean.....)

State has their own sovereign law where they can determine their own legal system in that state, but under all time, that state will still remain the subject of the federal government, and everyone in that state remain a federal subject.
