Hamas is rejecting Netanyahu's conditions for extending phase 1 of the ceasefire b/c the written agreement clearly stipulates that phase 1 should be renewed unconditionally & indefinitely as long as negotiations on phase 2 are ongoing

That's why Netanyahu never even started the phase 2 negotiations; a loophole to collapse the ceasefire!

Phase 2 includes an end to the war & an IDF withdrawal from Gaza. It's also expected to include Hamas stepping down from gov in Gaza (which they agreed to already).

Netanyahu is now offering extending phase 1 for merely another 42 days during which the remaining living hostages would be released without ending the war or withdrawing IDF troops from Gaza. After those 42 days, Israel wants to resume the war with even greater force than before.

Arabs are untrustworthy. It is better if the non-Arab Islamic states form their own bloc.

No, what we saw was Arabs confronting US diplomatically while it was supporting genocide directly, but confronting Iran militarily, when it was trying to stop the genocide against Gazans- thats the issue!
