Sudden escalation: Turkish drones and a squadron of F-16 fighters in the atmosphere of #Damascus in response to Netanyahu's statements
The Syrian airspace witnessed remarkable military moves, as Turkish march planes were monitored alongside a squadron of F-16 fighters flying over different areas in #Damascus. This development comes after the recent statements of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to defend the Druze component in Jaramana, which indicates a direct response to his positions and a new escalation in the regional scene.

Well people are going to hate me for saying this but I think the president should be someone best fit for the job not because of religious background as long as they respect all religions of said country.

It is fundamentally true.. but a majority Muslim country should be ruled by a Muslim president..the prime minister can be from any other religious background though..as well as other ministers and high ranking members of the government..

>> This blokes seems to suggest that Israel is about to set up a land bridge all the way to the Kurds. Not sure what to make of it, but it does mean that Jordan will no longer have a border with Syria if the maps in the video are to be believed.

Its BS.

Neither the Syrians, nor the Turks and Jordanians would tolerate such a blatant land grab.

The Golan and the Palestinian territories are one thing. This would constitute a existential crisis for the Arabs, and would unite them as it would be a clear sign of Israel going forward with their greater Israel plan.
