Instead of seething with hatred, maybe read the news. He was shot and killed by Jordanian security guards after he ran a checkpoint. The guy didn't go there to join any force he was a middle aged Christian guy who thought of crossing into Israel illegally for work.

Fixed my comment to reflect the reality.

This isn't squarely about some sort of personal grudge against Israel, I have the same complaints about Arab nations that treat darker skinned people with disdain.

I know a family where one of the brother's is darker skinned than others. When they went to, funnily enough Jordan on holiday, he was constantly stopped and harassed to the point he just went back home early.

[Edit] As Nilgiri has pointed out, it was the Jordanians that killed him. Just replace Israel with Jordan, and my point still makes sense. The Jordanians aren't kind to dark-skinned skinned people, including dark skinned Arabs and Muslims.

One of two possibilities.

He was sympathetic to the Israelis and wanted to live in Israel, and the Israelis shot him because he's a brown guy trying to cross the border.

Or

He was sympathetic to the Palestinians, and wanted to live in Palestine, and the Israelis shot him because he's a brown guy trying to cross the border.

Either way, Israel almost certainly shot him because of his dark skin.

I never said India cares specifically about Islam or Muslims. I said that neither the Indian state nor the Indian people hate Palestinians or Israelis, regardless of their religion, whether they are Jews, Christians, or Muslims.

It is sad to see people risk / loose their lives for economic benefit.
The desperation that leads them to it is heartbreaking.
It also exposes Govt failure in providing better opportunities / quality of life for their citizens
