Russia has a very good scape goat to not deal with US. Russians can easily say Americans are unable to enforce the ceasefire on the Jewish state why should they trust them to enforce it in Ukraine?

It's in America's and Europe's benefit to ensure this ceasefire holds because they can't beat Russia on the battlefield without the US. Russia also gains more by continuing the war. Lets see what the Arab league proposes - they already accepted the bill. If I was in their place I'd try to get Russians on their side.

Ahh, the Russia factor in this conflict and in this thread, something not enough discussed, IMO; I did try to say a few things in posts before. The summation is still the same:
1) Russia, like America, also has a strong Zionist lobby and there are hundreds of thousands of 'Russians' who are Israeli citizens and can't be ignored.
2) Russia is not the Soviet Union! It is a dying nation much like several other European countries and is in no position to 'expand', least of all into NATO countries, even with tacit American approval.
3) Russians--and Chinese, too on Taiwan--would gladly accept the 15-20% of Ukraine in lieu of getting more territories to their nations. Why would they care about Arabs/Muslims/Palestinians beyond a certain point? You don't see most Muslim nations jumping into the fray despite the widely broadcasted genocide??

But to your post: Russia doesn't need any excuse from the Middle East. Russia holds additional territory in Ukraine and it is what it is.

The Egyptians and Arab's can come up with hundreds of plans, in the end, it's what the Americans will allow in the region. At the moment, as Trump told the Ukrainian leader, he holds no cards, neither do the Middle East surrounding countries.

Agreed, Russia doesn't really need to even mention this. Looking at it from Arab League POV and if they want to apply pressure on the Jewish state they could take such a stance. Right now the Arab states are applying 0 leverage, they're giving carrot after carrot, and that's a bad way to deal with the Jewish state.

You can only apply leverage if you're in a position to do so. At the moment, what leverage is there in Arab states? They sat on their behinds for over a year, the Egyptians couldn't push the Israelis back from the Philadelphia corridor, they couldn't force the Israelis out of Southern Lebanon. Open field day in Syria, possibly even taking more territory. Now, you have the Israelis emptying out various refugee settlements in the West Bank, and not a single shot fired.
