With regards to the Israelis providing alleged aid, there were some connections to groups in the south, not HTS.

There were literally rebel groups that disbanded, that ended up joining the Russians and the SAA to betray the revolution for money.

Excellent we are on the same page then, you need first come to terms that this govt has a mandate supported by the majority of Syria, you must support the new govt of Syria in its attempt to rebuild the state and make the state powerful, and work via dialogue if you do have any outstanding issues in specific that you feel need to be addressed.
Iran IMO should be taking a page out of Russia's book and trying to establish diplomatic contact and reconciliation.
Hezbollah and the New Syrian govt have the same enemy here, the same enemy that covets the land they live on. There are converging interests here in not letting this happen. Forget the past and move forwards, end the hostility. Syria is not interested in meddling in the affairs of Lebanon, nor Iran nor even Iraq. So "The Resistance" should reciprocate, and not interfere with matters inside Syria.
Assad is in the dustbin of history, there is no Baathist revival coming. so Iran should work with the new Syrian govt, not against it. Iran does not need more enemies, and Syria does not want to deal with foreign interference trying to overthrow the new govt or break up the state or anything that hinders its redevelopment.
