Plume was massive during 1st stage but it was barely visible in the 2nd stage and F-35 infrared sensors still managed to pick it up from over 1000 km away. This is incredible.

DAS and the F-35′s Electro-Optical Targeting System (EOTS), basically an internal SNIPER XR targeting pod mounted under faceted windows below the F-35′s nose, also can work closely together. When it comes to long-range targets, the aircraft's radar may detect a possible contact, and the powerful telescopic vision of the EOTS will attempt lock onto it and relay its imagery to the pilot's displays. This will allow visual target identification from well beyond visual range.

The F-35 is a deadly jet fighter as Hezbollah, Russia, Syria, and Iran found out the hard way in the Middle East. There is a video of a PAF official describing performance of F-35 when it was used to attack Iran. Even Afghans praise it in their books.

J-20 is not all aspect stealth fighter. Its design has low RCS from front. From side or from back it has 2-3 sqm RCS. Besides that report was when J-20 was not having an engine with stealth shaping nozzle. So not really impossible for India to detect J-20.

No, these were full scale prototypes that flew for several hundred hours each. That’s been confirmed by the Air Force. One of these was Boeings prototype. This prototype will now enter EMD into FINAL production which is expected by 2027/28.

There is no more prototype stage. The aircraft that will fly before Trumps term ends is the final production aircraft. Similar to the B-21 flying today.

So even if everything goes absolutely perfect for the more complex and more advanced (according to US) F-47, would be a great achievement just to have it reach IOC by 2035 (IF the next "admin" won't cancel it if only because F-47 is Trump's pet).

Taiwan military is not same as American military and it does not share ALL the equipment with American military. For instance, Taiwanese AWACS are not at same standard as American ones.

The F-22 entered production 6 years after Lockheed won its contract. The F-47 program is more mature at this stage than the F-22. LRIP production will be 2029 or 2030 at the latest. F-47 will be operational in the early 2030s.
