problem is there is no evidence these plans continued beyond 2003. I think it is unlikely (beyond basic computer modelling work) but I could be wrong and we can only speculate on that. and I am not sure how relevant these plans are today. Iran likely progressed to more advanced nuclear designs and no longer plans to use Shahab-3 as the delivery mechanism

depend on if Iran have a working design or not
and if Iran a a ready centrifuge cascade to enrich uranium farther, if the cascade is ready probably 1 week to 10 day is enough to enrich enough uranium

By discarding their only bargaining chip—enriched uranium—first and leaving themselves defenseless, they're only inviting Trump to happily launch missiles at Iran.
Why are they so weak and unwilling to show any fight?
If Western nations were under such pressure, they'd immediately triple their military spending, grant the government vast mobilization powers, and fully arm and fortify themselves before even considering negotiations.

I see no reason why Iran will abandon a globally proven device it had some 25 years ago to move to an unconventional one. Miniaturization to tactical devices of 1-2 KT (Bases, Aircraft carrier/CBG, Enitre Dams, Ports) might need that, otherwise there is no reason. Even the miniaturization is scaling down, not changing the design.

Current delivery boys from Iranian Arsenal are Sejjil-II, K-4, Fattah & KS (Tactial only). Shahab-3 is retired long ago in favor of MaRVed Emad/Ghadr.
