Being Devil's Advocate, why would Israel ever accept any military threat from Gaza when Israel's explicit goal is to gobble up the entire West Bank while the Gazans are not giving any guarantee to not attack Israel again like on October 2023? Gazans would attack Israel again given the chance as long as what's going on in the West Bank goes on. We need to see some news from the few years leading to October 2023 when Gazans had said that they would hold Israel accountable for what was going on in the West Bank--and they did on October 2023.
Netanyahu's mistake was that by throwing lollypops to the Gazans, he would get away with his plans in the West Bank. A huge miscalculation!

Going forward: I am not a fan of Scott Ritter but he has been right for many months: This conflict will only end with the strategic defeat of one of the sides.

Netanyahu and the Zio cowards are portraying this like they fought a world war against axis powers. And he actually believes his delusions.

They're destroying a tiny impoverished and besieged territory that has been besieged since 2006. And has little to no weapons at all.

Imagine this modern day Israel fighting a nation state. They'd lose such wars. Which is why they behind the US threats of economic sanctions and military intervention.

Muslim nations need to call US's bluff like everybody else. Muslims are being bullied because they appear as easy and weak target. Meanwhile Mexico and Canada gave the US the middle finger and the MAGA clowns folded immediately.

Even if Hamas disarms, and its leaders are exiled from Gaza; Israel will continue to occupy Gaza, and make life unbearable for Palestinians. They will claim that after Hamas, there will still be the likes of PIJ and other groups that pose a threat to them, hence they will station their troops indefinitely there. Or until they have ethnically cleansed most of the Palestinians out of Gaza.

I do not think there is any benefit for Hamas to accept these ceasefire terms.

How is Israel losing? Maybe long term, but short term, they have gained territory much larger than Gaza, crippled the resistance in Gaza, crippled the resistance in Lebanon, toppled the last hostile regime bordering Israel in Syria and, if madness allows, use the American firepower to cause immense damage to Iran.
As for Netanyahu: Netanyahu maybe the most vile leader of any nation right now but he has proven right over the unimaginative softies like Gantz and Gallant and at least as of now allowed Israel the military superiority. And Israelis are not emotional stupid people like those Trump Selfies Muslim Imams: Israelis have both American political parties in their pockets and are nimble enough to shift their weight to influence both parties. They know EXACTLY what needs to be done for long term regional ascendancy and Netanyahu is their man. I don't blame them!
