You are allowed to pay money to someone who previously worked for a Govt company to come help you develop similar things. Whats the issue there? lol

You think KALE and all the other private companies in Turkey never fired engineers who previously worked for govt companies of research institutions?

They are also hiring Ukrainian and EU engineers via the Piaggio acquisition. Nothing illegal or uncommon or unethical in any way here.

Yep Turkish engineers always go to the private sector for higher pay, many go to work for private companies outside of Turkey after doing research work in Turkey. Its good, now she is retained in Turkey and working in a thriving and expanding private sector.

how nice is that, a private company gets everything from goverment and sells them as if their own!

1. The Dutch ASML company poached over 1300 Turkish engineers who previously worked in our defense industry. You want to get mad? Get mad at them. You get my point? This is business as usual.

2. All private firms within Turkey's defense industry receive government subsidies, either directly or indirectly. These subsidies may take the shape of loans, tax incentives, or support through research and development and expertise provided by Tubitak.

3. You're overly dramatic and political.

yes, A year ago they announced they were working on it, it doesn't necessarily mean they started work when the announcement came. Sometimes you work on things have a prototype built, then you say say you are introducing a new engine, and now we are seeing it with the first few flights. They could also potentially be buying things off the shelf and assembling it for their engine.

The KAAN engine prototype is about 3-4 years off.

So far we have seen the TF6000, after this we should see the TF10000 and then after than KAAN would come into the picture.

The TF6000 engine is already ready, they have been tested it since last year, in the same time TF1000 is being developed, which should be tested very soon, it's an upgraded one. The TF35000 will be the real test, a bigger, powerful engine. I can't see it being ready before 2035.

The TF6000 engine is already ready, they have been tested it since last year, in the same time TF1000 is being developed, which should be tested very soon, it's an upgraded one. The TF35000 will be the real test, a bigger, powerful engine. I can't see it being ready before 2035.

TF35000 project was al ready started in 2018. Later TEI joined the project. So the timeline looks promising, we expecting first parts off the TF35000 this IDEF or next year.
