💯

do the crime, do the time
pay the fine, get back in line

What I have a hard time wrapping my head around is the lefties insisting that nothing be done and more be allowed in, because compassion or something, that's nuts.

This kinda thing in general is not limited to the United States, or even the west.. far left crazies, this isn't even Liberalism at this stage.

Maybe Trump just was the bitter pill the US needed to get well again.

Too much empathy is even classified as some kind of mental disorder iinw, the roots of which may just be latent/dormant narcissism. Savior complex waali baat, no ?

@Lulldapull @PakAl @Developereo
If you follow US politics closely, you will have learned the left ALWAYS needs a political hot button. They don't care who or what as long as they have that hot button and can stir up hate and discontent.

Every hot button issue they've had could have been addressed and codified into law when they had the majority. But yet they didn't. Why was that?

As I said somewhere in a previous post, if you are here in the US on a visa you have certain rules to follow. If you get caught up in violation of the rules, don't act surprised when you face the consequences of your poor decisions.

As for that individual from El Salvador who was illegally residing in Maryland? Too bad.

Not illegal, he's green card holder.

He's more legal than a F1/H1B abuser cyber coolie who when transitioning to legal resident overstayed in the country illegally and is now masquerading as a native born white american from the mountains of Arizona....

An MS-13 green card holder, proper bad hombre.. a wife beater and an international terrorist.

You want these vatos walking among you ?

In India we have these things called 'encounter shootings' .. where they say the police killed a dangerous violent man..

but what they actually did was gun down dangerous man when he was all cornered and surrendering.

but the cops involved walk away with medals and promotions.

If MS-13 and Trende Aragua, the SInaloa and whoever else are so bad, they should consider a similar approach.. why waste money housing/feeding them in prison, or even deporting them on a plane ?

I'm not able to find evidence he held a green card. Have found lots of sources confirming what he had was a "protective order". That is not the same as a green card holder.

As for those TdA clowns; one the apartment buildings they took over is about 3 miles from my operations in DEN. The Governor (he's an idiot) says the Mayor of Aurora is "exaggerating" the situation.

As said before, if he had a protective order, again he is no longer illegal, that mean a status change.

Also, there are going to be legal consequence for that deportation, my wife is a practicing immigration lawyer with NY State Bar. She said the family can applies for an injunction and ask for financial compensation for EVERYDAY until he is returned, which Trump said he wont be doing anything, and that amount can vary between jurisdiction and can be 1 million a day, we are going to need to pay for it, and that's just one case, and I have had read about 10 others false detention of US Citizens.

And now even the SCOTUS is going about stopping Trump from using Enemy Alien Act to deport, which mean you can be looking at class lawsuit.

A bit of collateral damage is to be expected of an operation this size. They have 30+ milliond illegal aliens there.

If someone is detained or deported without a reason, will they be able to return ? If someone with Green card or protective order like this Garcia guy was held and than deported, will he be able to return through legal means?

Dunno, that's just the number they keep repeating but, don't they ?

The left says "no human is illegal" etc lol

Gooble sez:

Estimates place the number of undocumented immigrants in the United States at roughly 11 million. These estimates fluctuate based on various factors, including economic conditions and border enforcement policies.

I guess nobody really knows, impossible to keep track when you're living under the radar, earning under the radar.. guess you can't be counted in the stats then, right ?

international law require the government (In this case US Government) to facilitate the return of the individual who were proven to be wrongly deported. In this case, even the government admits that they had wrongly done so.

The key is in what form or in what way the US government are facilitating the return of said individual. Bear in mind Abrego-Garcia is currently incarcerated, which add an extra layer of issue because that mean he/his representative can claim damages apart from the act of wrongfully deported. Normally when you deport someone that person will not end up in jail after being deported.

Normally, the term "Facilitate" means finding that individual, give him a plane ticket and give him a visa and allow him to fly back to the United States, but again, this is a bit more complicated than that as he is currently incarcerated by the Salvadorian

At the end of the day, it depends on the motivation on how US government in getting him back, and there is no recourse for his return as he is now not in US custody, because for this to happen, El Salvador would need to release him first, and then put him back on a plane and deport him back to the US, but there is legal recourse for the wrongful act, and as my wife said, this can run into several billions of dollars if Trump decided to sit on his arse and do nothing in the next 4 years.

still how you get from 11 million to 30+ millions?

I've just heard that number thrown around, mostly by the people who want to put the brakes on it.
Well, the number that I have heard is 310 million, those are from Native American first nation tribe and they consider EVERYONE that's not native American to be illegal alien.....

That's does not mean the number make sense.
