Today's suicide UAVs and cruise missiles are very similar in many characteristics, and they have no absolutely obvious distinguishing features.
1. Propulsion power:
Suicide UAVs use battery/motor propulsion systems, and there are also turbofan engine propulsion systems, but it is rare to hear of suicide UAVs using rocket engine propulsion systems (China's WZ-8 uses rocket engines, but it is a reconnaissance UAV). Of course, I do not rule out the possibility of suicide UAVs using rocket engine propulsion systems in the future.
Cruise missiles usually use turbofan engine propulsion systems, and there are also rocket engines. There are also cruise missiles with turbofan engine + rocket engine dual propulsion systems, but there are no cruise missiles using battery/motor propulsion systems.
The propulsion systems of the two overlap. According to public information, some small turbofan engines are used for both UAVs and cruise missiles. Therefore, it is difficult for us to distinguish them by propulsion system or flight speed. Due to this phenomenon, it is also difficult for us to distinguish them by size/weight/explosive power.
2. Launch method:
In this regard, the two completely overlap. Both have static launch methods and boosted launch methods. Both also have airdrop launch methods...
China has gun-launched UAVs and gun-launched cruise missiles...
3. Flight control system:
The early cruise missile flight control system was relatively simple, but the current advanced cruise missile flight control system is very similar to that of UAVs. They also have advanced image sensors, data communication links, autonomous target recognition, autonomous hazard avoidance and other capabilities similar to UAVs.
Therefore, the flight control system cannot accurately distinguish them.
I think the only thing that can distinguish them is: "Can it return?"
No matter what type of UAV, it can almost return. If a suicide UAV fails to achieve the mission objective during its mission, it can also return.
We have never heard that a launched cruise missile can return... Maybe only India's missiles can return...
Last year, a team from within AECC was separated and established a private company in cooperation with the local government. The company specializes in producing the latest small turbofan engines, mainly to power UAVs.
The company mainly produces three products:
600Kgf-class turbofan engine
100Kgf-class turbojet engine
60KW-class hybrid power system

I think it's sub launched Babur, it can't be P282.
Smash has a range of 350kms.
I don't know why they aren't testing p282 they had built it's storage facility like 2-3 yrs ago.

Pak Navy doesn't have any significant ISR network so long range Anti Ship ballistic missiles don't make any sense for PN .
Shorter Range ones like SMASH fit well into PN's current ISR network.
