Orban can chose: either he continues to blockage EU assistance to Kiew then Hungary goes bankrupt immediately after the EU stops fundings, German manufacturers stop operating.
Or he gives up the resistance then Putin becomes angry. Very angry. The russians will stop delivering cheap gas. The people in Hungary become angry the freeze in the houses they will topple his nationalist government.
So either way, although Orban has a big mouth he is a slave of big players.

Hungary gdp will crash by 50 pct if leaving the EU, and exodus of european manufacturers.
If Orban believes his population can skip 1 or 2 meals per day, he is welcome.

Hungary cheap labor base for Chinese manufacturers will be finished too. Without access to EU market what is the benefit for China to stay in Hungary? Chinese will pack and leave. What’s remaining is cheap russian gas and cheap propaganda.
 
the russians are too rich. the EU has seized 200 billion euros from the russian central bank. now the earnings from this money will be given to Ukraine.
that is very justified.
the russians must pay in full all the damages in lives and properties they inflict in Ukraine.
