Sentiments on this forum I understand is that Pak will respond with more escalation, i am sure Pak will like it did after Balakot. However, this time India will climb the escalation ladder. A week’s fight Pak can sustain but if it becomes a month or two, Pak economy will not be able to support military activities. At this point, I understand that Pak will use nukes.

However, use of nukes will lead to india responding with much bigger and more number of nukes. Given that Pak has a smaller territory, Pak is more likely to not survive as a nation compared to india, which has larger area and more population. We will loose a few cities, that is all.

Ooooor, nothing will happen.

India will not escalate if Pakistan retaliates, not because India won't want to, but because there will be an intervention.

This is laying out the case, that if Indian doesn't deescalate and military action is used against an inch of Pakistan, then Pakistan will give a befitting reply.

He said "military strike", so I'm guessing it will probably just be smaller like 2019 but we should give a harsher response than what we did then

This is why I previously asked if nuclear test of Nasr may credibly be considered on the escalation ladder. Thus far, even Russia has not deployed tactical nukes and I don’t think they’ve done a test fire either during Ukraine war

A test doesn’t need to be done right away, but it takes a few weeks to dig the tunnel and if they want it to be an option they better start digging now.

P.s. just the signal that digging has begun can send a signal of resolve.

Why is it that a few artillery shells or rockets across the border laughed at but the hot war India is pursuing inside of Pakistan with almost daily attacks taking the lives of Pakistanis 40/50 even 100 at a time is completely ignored and doesn't even register in the collective brain trust of the military?

Why is that not highlighted and shown to the world that India is behind these attacks why is there no retaliation for it?

This is the most perplexing mystery, order of magnitude more than all the shenanigans of the Modi/RAW/BJP/Godi media put together...

exactly, that Godi media and Andh bhakts have put their own govt into a very tough situation, from the so unconfirmed reports it looks that India forces are not in any mood for any large scale war, but now its on a point of no return for them, they will do something like the information say within 24-36 hours.
