I hate the fact that Pakistanis love calling their terror sponsorship as false flag. They did this during 26/11 Mumbai attacks but fortunately the main culprit was caught.

Are you that dense? Pakistan has been constantly forwarding a request for an inquiry on this through neutral channels. In the UN and among mutual friends as well (Russia e.t.c.).
I am not even going to bother explaining how there has been 0 evidence of Pakistani involvement in the massacre.
