Blaming a resistant group which was only created in the 1980s because of occupation, apartheid, and oppression?

What about the West Bank? Is Hamas to blame for the continued land theft, oppression, house demolitions, killings, settler attacks backed by IOF, etc?

I know I am not unique when I say this, I know every Muslim feels like this;

But... Oh how I wish I had the means to do more for the people of Palestine, oh how I wish there was more I could do. Their pain is our collective shame. I want to hug every single Palestinian child, I want to pick up every elderly Palestinian woman and man and carry them on my back.

If I had a thousand loafs I would place them in the hands of the Palestinians, if I had gold coin I would lay it at their feet, if I had shawls of silken cloth I would drape it over their shoulders, but I being poor have only my prayers, and I pray with all my soul for you all, for god to deliver you from this oppression.

Allah forgive us, we have failed our Palestinian brothers and sisters. Truly the people of Palestine will have the highest reward in the afterlife, of this there can be no doubt.
