To be fair, did hold back one tidbit. In simple words the most controversial and the most impactful modern Indian guru!
He did to Hinduism and our society what charvaka did to ancient Vedic civilization (shook the very foundations of dogma)
In his later years he went from India to USA and settled in Oregon County and named it rajneeshpuram and went to war with ever political and religious institution !!!
A fierce rationalist, a scholar of zen and upnishads , and advocate of dhyan
Maybe you should listen to his lectures to know some thing about him
Dare I say people should've listened to him !!
Hari Krishnas, their guru, Srila Prabhupada was hardcore. To be fair, did hold back one tidbit.
Some years later the Beatles did apologize for bailing out on him.

Forty two years ago, a group of Hari Krishna's knocked on my door. Invited them in and we discussed religion. They gave me a copy of each book they had on them.
Winter break, back at home, unpacked them and began reading. My parents nearly had a stroke thinking I joined a cult. LOL!
Are you a fan of KrishnanurtyDid read the four or five books they gave me.

The British maitreya that never came off
Once owned twenty of his books.
Did remember one interesting story of his. He said this was perhaps the most ancient story on religion, goes back to ancient times.
One day the devil and his best friend went out for a walk. They saw a man pick something up.
Devil's friend asked the devil what the man picked up?
"The truth"
"Oh, then that's bad business for you!"
To which the devil replied, "Not at all, I will let him make a religion out of it."
