Turkey entered Syria as part of the Adana agreement and b/c the Govt didn't have control over its borders. Assad signed the agreement with Turkey and Russia regarding the buffer zone btw, it was part of why Turkey stopped the offensive in northern syria and Russians deployed for joint patrols in northern syria.
Turkey's presence is not the business of Assad he is in moscow nor is it the concern of Iran. What turkey does in Syria is between the new govt(which is more popularly supported than the previous btw) and Turkey.

Assad was present in Syria when turkey did all those things are you denying it. and against you bring Iran your comment while Iran in not present in Syria at all. make you complaint about situation there and all we say here is just stating harsh cold fact

Astana agreement stipulated where the bases would be as part of the ceasefire.
Why are you upset about ancient history. Its over, you lost and are out of syria move along. Turkey's current presence is in line with the wishes of the current govt. I could dredge up UNSC resolution about fighting Daesh or point to Adana or other matter, but its moot, none of it matter in the current dynamics.

and no Turkey built base in Syria before Astana and didn't honor its duties in that treaty regarding terrorists , also not my problem his turkey attack Syrian forces while they were fighting HTS and ISIS terrorists and everybody knew how they survived in idlib

Turkey held up its obligation under Astana and it was the Assad and Russia that violated it, and Assad payed for it. Assad tried ethnically cleansing the Idlib pocket into Turkey in violation of the deal and payed for it.
