Hadn't they done something similar to this before? I remember they shot down one of their own jet fighters or helicopters several years ago, or is it a false memory?
 
All the discussion here is diverted to downed IAF jets but very few are talking about any retaliation from Pak which unfortunately not seem to be happening.

Downing few IAF jets is not equal to Indian missile strike on multiple locations in Pak killing over 30 individuals.
 
Anything is possible with Indians handling high tech systems but I am smelling something sinister here. India can certainly do a false flag here to make a case against Pakistan and launch more strike, may be on our air bases this time.
 
Blackout Procedures in effect in Islamabad and Rawalpindi:
The Rawalpindi district administration has issued strict orders for a complete blackout in all private housing societies from 7pm to 5am until further notice in light of heightened security concerns following Indian aggression.

According to the official directive, street lights will remain switched off throughout the night, and residents are required to turn off all exterior lights, including those in porches, balconies, and gardens.

PM said it will happen, Defence Minister said it will happen and ISPR said it will happen.

But as it is not immediate you are complaining?

I guess these are Indian state propaganda accounts who were informed that the Indians will launch dud SAM missiles to blame Pakistan of attacking a Sikh majority place but their saviour Modi Gandu has saved them. As someone else said, a nice little ploy to garner the lost sikh support.

God it was painful to hear this man.

But well done by the PAF, it would be interesting to see in the following weeks what transpired. I suspect there's backchannel talks going on to defuse the situation. Pakistan should publicize the downed jets claims with evidence, and call it a day rather than retaliate.
