GCC have deep commercial interests with India. Tens of billions of $$ which a major war would be harm. But that's all. In case of Pakistan, there are fraternal ties. GCC have to balance everything but they will still help Pakistan in that balancing act.
As for China, they have a real strategic interest in 'containing' India and Pakistan is 'Pennies on the Dollar' to help with that.

No one playing victim here, I am a old timer on PDF and know how things work here trust me, not worth sweating over over-jazbati kids who are given title's at PDF.
As much as I want to see direct hits on Indian military targets and their Dams ko Kaboom, the chances are getting lower by every hour, again if you see Pakistani/International news channels they are saying the exact same thing. An attack happen today or tomorrow ? I will be happy and celebrate it with others, but i will hold my horses and comment on the delay until it happen.
