This is by no means over. Militarily, the Indians have NOT dominated the escalation ladder; they have in fact shown their cards prematurely. Rafales are grounded, so they sent some cheap drones for a SEAD mission but by all accounts it failed. They are certainly milking some psy ops from it, but in military terms our AD has not been deterred. Therefore PAF still maintains the edge. That is why I would say, escalation ladder is still in our favor - let's not squander it by getting baited by the Indians.

Our people are understandably emotional because India has targeted civilians. But it's not like our troops are passive, they have also inflicted heavy losses on military targets across LoC, with 50+ Indian troops neutralized yesterday. The difference is that our troops are going after military targets with precision, instead of haphazardly dumping drones into civilian areas.

Interesting that India itself did a false flag on Amritsar civilians (and other border cities) yesterday - perhaps to manipulate the Sikhs into believing Pakistan will target their holy places? So why should Pak play into the Indian propaganda and do an actual attack on civilian border cities? - it is of no strategic value. But this doesn't mean we are done dealing with Indian army yet.

Let's be patient, keep faith, and remember what Holy Prophet has taught us:

We should compile a full file on the Amritsar deception and enlighten foreign powers and sikhs worldwide as to this deception. Big opportunity here.

A military response must also come, don't get me wrong, but as you said, we will do this professionally now. India has given us an opportunity to roast them on the information front also.
