Indonesia has lately started to express reservations about its joint venture fighter program, KF-21 Boramae fighter jet, resulting in strained financial payments. Originally, Indonesia agreed to contribute 20% of the development costs, including receiving a prototype and production rights, but has fallen short on its payments

That maybe so but all parties do this. They all claim credit for whatever is done during their time in power. PMLN claims nuke tests which were also done after India's test and Paksitan would have responded regardless of which govt in power. In addition NS himself took credit for using unexploded american tomahawk cruise missiles for reverse engineering, as if it was because of him. To this day PPP claims credit for bringing missiles tech from NK etc. which happened during Benazir 2nd term, but would also have happened with any other govt. in power.

One shouldn't grudge PTI their claims to glory either, especially when they would have less oppurtunities to do so given their small time in power.
