The problem with social media is that everyone is a wannabe journalist. I see hundreds of ppl posing as if they have some insider information...while parroting something that they got from some other source(Whatsapp group, PDF or some other defense forum, or another tweet)...
...all the while they say something like "awaiting confirmation" as if their insider source is about to confirm it.

Idk why it's not okay(or acceptable) to them to just be a regular civilian...who doesn't know anything other than what the official news is telling them. Journalistic integrity is dead...news comes from social media...which is full of lies(old media rehashed, video game footage, and AI now to muddy the waters even further). Pakistanis make fun of India for all the fake news they pump out...and yet more and more Pakistanis have started doing the same...just to act like they are some big shots.
