Rafale's spectra libraries are now fully updated i thnik.

With what? What was the critical node in the kill chain that Spectra will now handle? The kill chain is multi-node and more importantly Spectra could not handle a 1-1 engagement between a single PL15 and a single Rafale. The more that a Spectra tries to jam a PL15, the more that the PL15 will home in on Spectra.

The underlying conncept of Spectra is flawed it seems, and wont work regardless of how many libraries are 'updated'.
