Turkiye has fought PKK for over 40-years. The fall of Assad has reversed Turkiye's fortunes, which happened at the hands of their HTS proxy, so the wall is one piece of this puzzle. Are we planning to overthrow the Taliban regime?

Turkiye has also increasingly hit PKK and its off-shoots in their safe heavens outside their borders. Will Pakistan do that?
