Retired AVM.may i know the source please
Most probably, they are trying to raise tensions in Punjab regionprobably their own with longer ranged sensors looking across the border
Block 2 took out 2 not 1 s400 components. Rendering both systems useless for months. So 2 out of 4 batteries are out. FCR and TR respectively. Confirmed.
The claim is plausible but likely overstated. S-400 batteries have redundancies, especially at the regimental level. Taking out a Fire Control Radar (FCR) and Target Acquisition Radar (TR) is serious but doesn’t guarantee both batteries are useless for months. If the FCRs were unique to each battery, then two could be degraded. However, TRs are often shared or have backups. Damage to those systems disrupts operations but doesn’t necessarily mean total loss unless spare assets or radar mobility are constrained. So, degradation yes, total loss uncertain without more specifics.Block 2 took out 2 not 1 s400 components. Rendering both systems useless for months. So 2 out of 4 batteries are out. Per source. This was more celebrated by the chaps and rightly so. S400 is lethal and knocking two out is massive. This is huge success on par with Rafale kill.

This recent attack is indeed very fishy especially the timing of it.
But what i wanted to talk about was the mumbai bombing. The coverage it got, the anger, the cries and threats. They made it look like india's 9/11.
They just so good at it, raising awareness about a single civilian who dies of "terror attack".
Meanwhile our whole train gets hijacked and we just shrug it off with oh no anyways....
hindutva military leaders are saying Modi should have delayed cease fire after attacks on pak airbases, forcing pak. to strategically 'mis-fire', so that India can then play victim card to invite USA to decimate pak ... my assessmentAfter seeing what has happened to Bharat, the US policymakers might shy away till a full reassessment is done. Don't reinforce the failure - the 1st lesson in strategic thinking....
Bharat is no Israil in the eyes of the West....
