Yaar, there are 02 things this m.c. will never do till the day he dies.

1. Never mention that Portable French-made Wh0re House.

...and 2. Never rush walking up the Steps.

I think they will go for the Su-57. They don’t like Trump’s response to this crisis and don’t trust the Americans with weapon platforms at crucial moments.

Either way, Pakistan has to plan for its J-35s to do battle with both the F-35 (just in case) and the Su-57 (more likely) as well as their current fleet (can’t afford to let our guard down).
The Chinese already planning to configure the Pakistani J-35 to deal with which ever plane India chooses; F-35 or Su-57.

We also have to not lose sight on the need to configure the J-10s, JF-17s, and F-16s to be able to deal with Indian 5th Gen fighters. We can see how the Eurofighters are being configured to deal with the Su-57 under project Centurion.

Btw, IMHO, all Pakistani fighters that are expected to remain in the fleet, including the JF-17s and F-16s need a fixed IRST, as well as if possible a GaN based radar on a swashplate. Passive detection and engagement will become more relevant as we enter the domain of 5th Gen fighters.

PL-17 on J10C, actually PL-17 belongs to the same generation as PL-15, next gen after 15 and 17 are something else.

PL-17 is not for export. And the Chinese wouldn't even give it to Pakistan, unless China's own independent strategic calculus changes or if a new generation of missiles arrive.

China is not going to just hand out its top of the line latest weaponry to Pakistan, and especially not for free. China may not even want to see Pakistan totally dominate India.

Can you please list some credible ones that we should track.

It depends on whether you can accept Chinese content (video/text).

The English world is basically controlled by Western countries. They have a lot of restrictions on Chinese content.
Chinese official agencies also have accounts on English social media such as Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, etc. But these accounts are usually marked with special marks and are greatly restricted by the platform management agencies.
As for which unofficial accounts on these platforms are more credible, I am not sure. @Deino may know something.

If you can accept Chinese, you can visit the official website of CCTV.COM (May require VPN). CCTV is the most authoritative official TV station in China, and its Channel 7 (CCTV-7) is the national defense military channel. It broadcasts various military programs around the clock.
This channel is a TV channel jointly developed by CCTV and the PLA. They have completely official attributes, and their reporters have very high access rights in highly confidential institutions such as the PLA, military research institutions, and military industrial enterprises.
On their official website, you can check and replay all the program content. These contents are absolutely credible.

Weibo and Rednote(Smartphone APP) are the main gathering places for Chinese military fans. They are full of all kinds of information, some true and some false. But a lot of the latest military information is first reported on these platforms.

Is Inspector Lei a credible channel?
