What can our strategy be to prevent expensive AD missile exhaustion against these cheaper drones? Beyond that, EW warfare needs to know them out. Have we invested in any laser-based systems.

The same Poland that laid the groundwork for MANY of your key air force structures and processes? SUPARCO?
The same poland which provided you many a spares for your systems and you have good relationships with?

I think one thing should be clear - regardless of who India bought from - you also buy from these folks and still have decent relationships with them.

That should not be a want to throw anything back or be “upset” at a supplier.

It was not Poland but Polish officers in PAF, who were not connected with post WW2 Poland in any way. They came from RAF and stayed on as Poland was effectively taken over by the Soviet Union.

Regardless - they represent that nation. When you say Poland today you talk to the Polish people.

You yourselves have sold to both sides in a conflict - why the hypocrisy?

We aren't using ammo to take it down - that was a soft kill meaning we used jamming to take it down.

That's what I meant when I said India underestimated us. Yes sure we couldn't stop everything that came into Pakistan, look at Pakistans size, even Israel with layered AAD couldn't stop missiles from Hezbollah, Hamas or Iran from landing in her territory.

But we have some gaps - I'm sure the people concerned will be going over how to improve those.

wow this is interesting. India claimed 2 of attackers were "pashto speakers". What if its true?

What if India allowed Taliban to carry out this false flag? Attackers got away but if by chance they were caught by locals then India could always blame Pakistan anyway.

Key outcomes of the first round in the recent India-Pakistan conflict -

For India:

7.India’s government is now facing criticism and recriminations at home, turning on its own officials, and trying to recover lost political ground as Modi’s strongman image stands tarnished. The violence, boorishness, and reliance on complete fabrications about Indian military operations, evidenced in the Indian discourse, have undermined the credibility of India’s narrative and media.

For Pakistan:

1.Pakistan has demonstrated that India does not enjoy any meaningful conventional advantage even in a major exchange.
2.Pakistan’s use of Chinese-made systems proved militarily and fiscally effective and has led to global focus on the combination of Pakistani tactics and Chinese weapons that led to an effective check on India.
3.Pakistan unexpectedly finds itself warming up to the Trump administration and welcoming the internationalization of the Kashmir dispute as well as mediation efforts.
4.Pakistan finds that India has ended up re-hyphenating itself with Pakistan. The world respects military prowess and Pakistan has badly shown-up an adversary that has 7-8 times its military budget and has had the run of Western and Russian armories for decades.
5.Pakistan has demonstrated tremendous restraint in the face of use by India of the Brahmos – a missile that can carry both nuclear and conventional payloads.
6.Pakistan has shown it can get the upper-hand in the non-kinetic sphere dealing unacceptable damage to the Indian economy and civil life.
7.And Pakistan has demonstrated that serious internal political differences notwithstanding, any external threat is met with a surge of Pakistani nationalism, solidarity, and irrepressible good humor even under direct fire.

Pakistan knows the Brahmin inside out. Deeply understand's the Brhamin's psyche yet holds back and appears week at its own dertriment.

The West despises the meek but aldo prefers them to remain as such.

Pakistan needs to be more belligerant towards India. If the Brahmin injures an eye, you break two of his neck. Anything else, the Brahmin considers that as your weakness and his victory.

By being soft in retaliation, you just made sure and encouraged him to repeat this nonsense in the near future.

I like Poland been there a few times actually I think @RazPaK has some connection to Ukraine, was telling him of my trip to Ukraine back in 07/08 in the old Ukraine thread.

Some Eastern European nations were very helpful to Pakistan, Ukraine was one such nation as was Kazakhstan. I remember Col. (R) Cheema would talk at length about how Ukrainians and Kazak's kept out MI17 up in the air..
