Here are steps to return American services after the penalties are lifted:
1. An official decision from OFAC to cancel or suspend sanctions.
2. Report American companies (such as Google, Apple, Meta, Microsoft ...) to allow their services to Syria.
3. Raise the geographical ban and gradually open stores and electronic services.
4. Refreshing the accounts and services that were prohibited or frozen
The return of services does not require any interference from the Syrian government or from any local authority.
Once the decision is issued by the American side, everything is carried out automatically by American companies themselves.
Importance:
Opening a specific service site does not mean that the service has become actually available inside Syria. The interface may open, but activating services depends on the company's evaluation of its feasibility in the Syrian market, which may take time and study.
Provides payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard cards and Swift transfers is the key to these services.
Without payment methods, it is not possible to subscribe to paid services or receive profits, and this is what companies take into account before they completely operate their services.
In short ..
