A big what IF is that the PAF must take into consideration of a 0.001% possibility if france decides to upgrade Indias rafale with some undisclosed Advanced avionics that they might’ve been working on secretly. Use it as a testing scenario.

Btw, an important video admission by an Indian military man that knows the lay of the land (as an occupying soldier); the attack must have been carried out by “local people”. He can claim it was outsiders and locals, but in his own story weaving he admits these kinds of attacks can only be done by people that know the local terrain and how to get around Indian troops that deep into Kashmir and to “escape” successfully without a trace.

Now we don’t know if it was a local civilian or a “local Indian army unit”; we can’t put it past the Indian occupation to do such things to get a war started. This coming just months after modi saw his party lose the majority in parliament, he would be desperate to gain back support on the basis of fanning the flames of religious and ethnic hatred.

This df-17 missile talk amazes me. It’s a top class missile used by Chinese ground forces. It’s a welcome move if they are giving it to us. Now we can easily target anything in india, i mean as far as lucknow storage facility of brahmos. I hope all this is true. I strongly urge pakistan to jointly manufacture new hypersonic cruise missile with china. We need it.

A hypersonic cruise missile is definitely the kind of system we need.

why would they do it for free? They can simply blame IAF for their incompetence and bad maintenance. even if they do, let them do what they do, we are not sitting idle either.

Who mentioned free? At this point, India would pay triple the asking price to get leverage over PAF and this is a good business opportunity.

Dassault knows what’s done is done and the reputational dent has been done. There’s nothing worse that can happen to them and most of their future potential buyers could actually make good use rafales since no one has good rivals as good as PAF.

If I were dassault, I would consider this a very good business opportunity to sell overpriced tech to them.

Besides, who knows maybe that could actually help IAF get lucky and give rafale a green point (God forbid IA)

these things don't happen overnight. India is not cooperating with them why would they bend backwards. French have an attitude. Them doing something will give the optics that there was something wrong with Rafales. They are not going to accept that.

Something that Could self destruct milli seconds before impact and throw projectiles over a limited radius with high precision.

A hypersonic cruise missile is the pinnacle of missile technology currently alongside HGV bodies. I doubt China would export such tech, I think Pakistan is working on the latter technology but currently we don't even have supersonic cruise missiles apart from CM-302s on our Type 045/A.

Did I mention overnight? But in the mid term, off course!

India could put future orders conditional on this or maybe Incorporation of American avionics.
