I'm sure Pakistan had a plan and that plan involved gradual tactical escalation that was heading towards use of Babur, Raads, Nasr, BMs

Fatahs are heavy missiles/rockets I think the warhead is close to 400kg

First priority was to target bases and posts close to Pakistan that could be used against Pakistan in a war

And the Fatah was the perfect choice for that, why use a much more expensive babur


No one was to know the war would end in 4-5 days

Your claim is that besides the fighters you took out the cheese board radar - which is possible but it is also as likely that after defeating the CM-400 they decided to withdraw the S-400 system to a dispersal site since its position was compromised.
That is technically a temporary “win” in a conflict but not a permanent victory.

Perhaps the true silent victory was that of the PN - it deterred submarine incursions while forcing P-8I patrols against your lone sub towards east and keeping their fleet at arms length with the threat of A2/AD.

Or that of troops in LoC who went all in and did not flinch at initial heavy IA power and proved more battle hardened than any of the Indian troops.

What it has done is exposed gaps in Pakistan’s defenses and potentially even opened up windows for India to prevent things going nuclear.
Because what followed immediately after this “victory” in terms of personal aggrandizement shows that more money is being spent on bolstering internal image versus filling in gaps and doing an honest assessment.
 
The govt aka military leadership was holding back thinking we have done enough by shooting down some jets, Uncle Sam will make India stop, but India took all the time. India was on offense for 3 days, when we started on 10th, US called off the match and we accepted it gladly. We won the world cup of acting mature this time as well irrespective of the fact that this responsible behaviour has turned our sovereignity into joke.

We must act suicidal, we are not dealing with normal people, we are dealing with zombies or subhumans whatever you want to call this lowly kind high on Bollywood.

at the same time, these challenges bring skewed and quadratic rewards!
