Why are they obsessed with harming Pakistani civilians?

I don't get it.

You want to have a scrap, let's duke it out.

Why are you 1.4 billion people constantly expecting the world and his uncle to harm Pakistan economically, to harm our civilians, as some "demonstration" of friendship to India?

Is it not time for Indians to grow up and respect our civilians, our basic dignity, our rights to trade, to share information, to partake in arts and sports? What do ANY of these things have to do with a conflict over Kashmir or anything else?

This is truly some disease that manifests from the dirt poor right up to the richest and most educated of Indian civil society. Get a grip. Show some simple civility. Pakistanis do not wish harm or celebrate harm, deliberate or accidental, upon innocent Indian civilians. When will India grow up and reciprocate this sentiment? It has to start from the top, like this Congress "official" who seems so enraged that Pakistani civilian livelihoods are not being harmed by Russia.
