But his sources could be downplaying the damage. 100% sure though Su 30 Mig 29 and Bathinda Rafale went down. Pretty sure 2 more rafales also went down. The initiative was with India and Pakistan just reacted. The way things panned out, it was very clear that no side wanted a full war. If India wanted war then it would have escalated it. Even the weapons used by India were very calibrated and even the targets engaged were measured in quantity across the entire country. There was no attempt to fully degrade any sect of your defences.

So, full war was neither desired nor attempted

Very Convenient for Indians to dial down the objectives to make it look they achieved something Full scale war was desired by 90% Indians. Post Palgham , Every Indian wanted to destroy Pakistan , Anchors were screaming at top of their lungs to teach Pakistan decisive lesson because in heads of 90% Indians , Indian Armed forces could Punish Pakistan with impunity. So Much that all of Indian Media captured Lahore , Destroyed Karachi and Islamabad and brought Pakistan Army chief to its knees. It was like Indian Fantasy playing out on mainstream media not some fanboys as you put it. But it remains fantasy and will continue to be one
