The ceasefire on May 10 was a mutual policy by both India and Pakistan.
As for Modi agreeing to a comprehensive dialogue, I hope he does and does so in good faith. He is the one who can convince Indians to long term peace.

For how long has USA been the global hegemon, always interfering in business that has nothing to do with them, causing instability.

And Europe is not innocent too. Maybe NATO is not as good as we were led to believe.

I would feel safer if China overtook USA as the hegemon instead

I can see where you are coming from and i wont put it past the USA that they initiated this conflict and engineered it
