Won't be hard. Security cameras everywhere except in restrooms. All footage is date and time stamped. It won't be hard to put together the sequence of events from the time she interacted with ICE to the moment she was escorting the illegal out the side door.

A reminder that US security forces are trained by the IDF and almost certainly taught to intentionally shoot journalists and medics. We can see the cop intentionally aims and shoot at her at close range, no room for misidentification.
 
For those of you who remain willfully ignorant; there is an immigration process in place for seasonal workers. It is the H-2A visa.

The issue here is many farmers do not like to apply for the necessary visas. There's no need to discuss the reasons why. Nonetheless, a legal process does indeed exist.

Think that's not what he meant,

He meant that you need to prove what the judge did intentionally hamper the ICE agent from doing their job; that's where the obstruction comes from, and this is very hard to prove with that video alone. Because of the legal term Mens Rea, you have to have premeditation and intention, otherwise no crime.

In this case, you need to prove two things.

1.) The judge know where the ICE agent is going to come from, so by directly the illegal the other way diverted the illegal from the agent.

2.) You also have to prove that act actually did inpede or obstruct those ICE agent, meaning if they (The illegal) can be found later on by exiting the side door, there are no obstruction.

ANd you need to be able to prove both beyond the reasonable doubt.. Cause that's the standard for criminal obstruction. That's very hard to do. I myself had charged some people for obstruction during the time when I investigate crime and only a handful ever got convicted on it. You either need to be an active participant or knowingly and willingly be a part of that scheme to be able to prove it.

lol, having a visa option don't actually mean much.........

I guess that you don't generally apply for visa to visit somewhere else? The last visa I did is 189 visa for my wife. Yes, visa option are there, but it's very hard to get it, because of 2 things, quotas and requirement.

No doubt, having a visa means there is a legal way to stay, but the visa requirement are different, for example, a 189 visa (Permanent Skill Migration) require government sponsorship, skill reference, age and qualification requirement. Where as 417 visa (or 2 years Working Holiday Visa) require nothing but you only need to be under 30. By the way, US is one of the few country that do not have an unrestricted Youth Visa like Australian 417 visa, if anyone wants to go and apply for a H-2A, then you need a full sponsorship, which is very hard to get.

Also, before Clinton IIAIRA in 1996, illegal immigration issue virtually did not exist, and guess what had changed since 1996?

He and others they're still protected under the first amendment, free speech and due process applies to non citizens as well from what I have read up. What are you Americans? The land of the free or a FKn colony of Israel? What crime did he commit to have his legal visas revoked?

Sure.

I'm betting it's gonna get thrown out.

FYI, even if it doesn't, ICE has made sure that when the current government is out of power and the Dems come back, it's going to get gutted and or completely replaced. A lot of people working for ICE are gonna probably end up in prison.
