However the new laws are quite harsh for illegal migrants

So that is why we are witnessing a struggle


I still think a simpler solution is
  • Allow migrants 60-120 day period to close their business in USA legally and make plans to move back to their native countries
  • Allowed to their their bank money or money made from sales of car or home (if any)
  • Issue of Migrant's children born in USA is very trick requires Supreme court judges to review legality of such motives , it does requires more review
  • Issue of splitting families very delicate subject


I don't quite follow the political aspect between Democrats and Trump
with respect to migrants


I do recall not long ago California desired a referendum to become a independent state it was up in news within 1-2 years
  • Don't have knowledge of how these things work at political level, if the province can decide to separate from USA with a regional motion

Well yes China also has poor class I have seen the videos of people life in poverty but they also have desire to end poverty

China I think is also quite strict against illegal migrants

Every country has migration laws and illegal residents are removed from nation , it is normal process world wide

However I did felt that California State, and it's people perhaps wanted to follow a different path then Federal Authorities

I may not be correct but each state of USA can withdraw it self from Union

It is a bit unclear how the view of State of California Resident be in current circumstances but like most people I am just viewing the news as it unfolds

It seems like a very complex problem brewing in California

That is why you have "Entry Date" and "Exit Date" in visa

Hey I am not arguing laws of staying in country on a visa , any traveller should respect the laws of the "Travelling Visa"
  • Don't overstay
  • Unless you are granted Citizenship by some quality or you marry someone
  • If Child is born on land you can get indirect citizenship but you still have to return back to seek a return

I guess what you are alluding to is Modern Day USA is just like China

Now that that debate is settled we can all look forward to tomorrow
may be a favourable trade deal between China and USA
