I commend China's achievement. It is working hard, and progressing accordingly, including in the field of EM warfare, as this breakthrough shows.

The USN were achieving mid-band 5G transmission speeds in the late 1990’s. Besides, high-band 5G is range-limited so it is unlikely to be used on the high seas. Back to the topic, Chinese proficiency in 5G doesn't translate to Chinese superiority in cognitive electronic warfare. Finally, the Chinese appear to be claiming superiority based on one research paper published by Yang Kai, I suggest you and your compatriots wait until this capability is fielded by the Chinese military.

Does the US mind control the enemy to dictate which part of EM spectrum they may use in the battlefield?
