The bases should have had contigency plans, I don't believe for a second they took at every base at once.

Israel is not only attacking militarily but also psychologically and Information warfare.

Yes who ever attacks and has intelligence and precision technology is bound to score some wins.

Initially in the chaos communications are lost and it takes time to regroup....Israel is hitting symbolic targets but we all know they can easily be replaced....Until few minutes back I did not know who the Aerospace commander is and if he is alive .....their is a chain of command that exists and we all know that.

Even Americans repeatedly said that nothing will stop Iranian nuclear program and since its already underground it will only move faster and to its ultimate goal of a bomb.

So yes Iran will initially suffer but they know they have to wait for the pause to counter attack once they have communications restored.

Attack will come and we will watch on TV soon.....

IRGC definitely need to hire 3rd party security/risk managers.
I am fully expecting whole of IRGC's top leadership openly attending the funeral of people killed in today's action.

Iranian Air defence isn’t as good as they thought. I don’t understand?
 
Not only was this months in the planning - it was a declaration of the impunity which Israel enjoys over Iranian Airspace. Certain individuals were claiming this would be impossible for Israel to do and talking to some massive IRGC arsenal but when you’re compromised at every level including ineffective AD systems and their command/control - you have no sovereignty.
