That is why we should make peace with India. We lready have good terms with China. Let there not be our eastern neighbour in the USA/Israeli lap.
The whole region from Syria to Iraq to Iran is in turmoil. It can spill east further. If it does, India will not be a winner too.

Call me a conspiracy theorist and don't want to drag Pakistan here but I feel the attack in Paghlam in IOK was part of a bigger picture. Use India to try and suppress Pakistan so it stays out of any reginal conflict, when that backfired or rather the stick approach failed now US and the West are using the carrot approach.
