Seems like they are struggling to reorganise. Military operations require AAA: Assess, Assembly, Action.

Assess: Damage and Risk assessment - options, countermeasures, resources etc
Assembly: Gather resources - coordinate, communication, collaborate
Action: Push them buttons...

But the attacks overnight have crippled Iranian capabilities - if options are there, they will likely be working to reorganise so they can launch some counter-offensive. Hard to say what that will be at this stage. Will they target American assets? Will the direct attacks against Israel only?
