In the west a ballistic missile is arnd 8 million usd. This is over priced as is everything, Iran probably spends 1.6-2.5 million per missile. Same like when US says they have a 850billion budget but China 300 billion. I net you China buys more and does more with 300 then the us with 850, purchasing power, cost, etc. In us they spent 180 billion to build a jet that looks like a toy and took them almost two decades.

Not just cost of production is high in US, given the purchase power parity, but also there is massive amount of corruption in procurement across the whole military industrial complex. Just recently, a bill was proposed in Congress for the armed forces to have the right to repair after 6 out of 8 ovens went out of service, and the whole crew of an aircraft carrier couldn't be fed as the sailors were not allowed to touch/repair the ovens.

Some of the famous cases of corruption and fleecing are as follows:

• $10,000 toilet seat cover: More recently, reports have emerged of the Air Force paying this inflated price for C-5 transport aircraft toilet seat covers. This was due to the part requiring reverse engineering and limited production runs. However, the Air Force is now exploring 3D printing to produce these covers at a significantly lower cost ($300).
• $45 dollar bolt: While perhaps not as notorious as the toilet seat, this example also highlights concerns about inflated prices within the military supply chain.
• $435 hammer: Similar to the toilet seat, this was another item from the 1980s that became a symbol of wasteful spending, though its actual cost was later determined to be much lower.
• $7,622 coffee maker: This is another example of a vastly inflated price for a seemingly mundane item, highlighting the issues with defense contractor pricing and lack of transparency.
• Other examples: Other items cited as examples of overspending include $1,280 cups, $117 soap dish covers, and $999 pliers.

Gaza: Hamas/PIJ vs Israel going into it´s second year and probably will go on for another year before ceasefire

Myanmmar war: This is now pushing it´s 5th year and will continue for another decade or 2.

India-Pak war after the nukes will turn into a meatgrinder and a prolonged SOB war of wills that is where the Afghans shine as cannon fodders no mother has given birth to anyone as stubborn as him that is what you use against the vegetarians when the meatgrinder gets hot you throw at them stubborn creatures from the mountains.

The Afghans always running over India was never based on fluke but it was based on the sheer stubborness of the Afghans the Indians just don´t know how to deal with that and they were outlasted in each battle

Iranian media is showing what they claim to be the wreckage of an F-35. If Pakistan claims to have downed Rafales, they should also present the wreckage. That said, as I’ve already mentioned, downing a few fighter jets is far less important than the overall outcome of the war. India lost 70 fighter jets in the 1971 war, and U.S. lost 76 in the Iraq war.

In my opinion, the loss of military personnel is a far greater concern than the loss of equipment. Assets can be replaced, but trained personnel cannot be replaced so easily or quickly.

So what did India achive from recent conflict? Few creators on PAF bases and few damaged empty hangers? You do realize that on the night of 6/7th, IAF had the same intention as Israel air force with similar number of aircraft airborne. Which was to supress enemy's air defense with such large force. Only Israel succeeded with their plan and PAF thwarted India's plan by smashing 6 of its front line jets and made them crawl back to their holes for next 2 days while Indian army started to launch surface to surface cruise missiles for safe saving like what Iran is doing.
India lost diplomatically, lost some of its key allies, brought Pakistan and China closer, united entire Pakistan, brought Bangladesh and pakistan closer, got cold shouldered by west. The only country that openly stood with India was Israel and Taliban government of Afghanistan

Iran should do a Ukraine style operation, Its probably going to be hard to get trucks into Israel, but use Jordan's border regions to set up a drone wave, and go after radars from a blind spot along the Jordanian border where the Israelis don't suspect a threat vector from.

Jordan has the longest border with Israel and at its weakest points. you can enter into the west bank or Northern israel and even Dimona through there all of which are alongside the northern border.

Jordan is perhaps not the best point of entry... however, Iran will need a ground component to this war.
Imagine the restraint and coddling afforded to zion for every outrage to this point...
