They didn't have any, barring internet fanboy claims. And it was not their fault, at least not directly. Years of sanctions have not allowed them to build any reasonable conventional capabilities. Knowing this, they smartly pursued extensive and indigenous Missile and UAV programs. While this strategy's larger efficacy is still to be seen, they have at the very least ensured that Israel's aggression will not go unanswered.

That arabic vid SC put up few pages ago clearly shows an IDF F-16 being downed at the 10 min mark, somewhere in western Iran or quite possibly over Iraq and the pilot bailing out.

It’s clear as daylight than Iran has been holding back to get a ceasefire. Our FM and politicians have made that crystal clear they want a cessation. They greenlit this attack and may actually join by design, Iran's home front is under attack and Iran's nuclear program has been targeted. Doubt Iran cares at this point.

Especially since they're trying to tell Iran you can come back to negotiating table by surrending your nuclear program. They're not giving a chance for diplomacy.
