Lets see if the Iranians if they can retain asymmetrical potency. They gave up their airspace in 2 days, their planners must have known this would be inevitable, with loss of syriaWhy do you think restricting access to the media means something as drastic as 'winning' or 'losing'? Controlling media is one more tool nations have in their arsenal. All nations.
I don't know what's going in the current confrontation. I tend to think Iran has been greatly battered but far from defeated. But Israel is also significantly battered: They will not forget dozens of buildings in their prized Tel Aviv destroyed. How many more will contemplate leaving permanently the shitty, arid hot country with so many hostile neighbors? Yesterday a blogger said that Cyprus alone has 100,000 Israeli migrants in such a small country.
So the game is still on if the Iranians want to play it. They have the two binary choices as a Russian poster said a few pages ago. It is their choice. We Pakistanis will support them and wish them well.
Either iranians are biggest frauds out there or they are willing to drag down the whole of Nato into a quagmire. I just pray they have had a contingency plan to keep their missile forces going for months.
I dont see american or nato boots on ground. It will be aerial bombardment and destruction.
Hope they had planned a long campaign otherwise they should have accepted a deal
