Dmitry Medvedev’s rant is absurd. He sounds like a loyal poodle trying to please his boss--Putin. If G7 leaders were truly “lapdogs,” Russia would’ve already been welcomed back into the group, but they aren’t. Unlike some the Republican politicians, these leaders have integrity and serve democratic values.

Let’s be clear: Russia was never truly qualified for G7 membership. It was included post–Cold War to encourage democratic reforms. That hope failed. Russia invaded and annexed Crimea while still in the G8--that’s why it was kicked out. Russia’s aggression began while it was still a member of the G8, which completely undermines Trump’s claim that keeping Russia in the group would have prevented today’s war in Ukraine.

As for Trump blaming Obama and Trudeau--that’s just more revisionist fiction. Trudeau wasn’t even prime minister at the time. If Trump wants to rewrite history, maybe he should start with the facts.

Given the current trajectory, I’m counting down the days until the 2026 midterm elections. Hopefully, they'll serve as a much-needed brake on the chaos.

As of today--June 20, 2025--it’s been 79 days since Trump’s administration launched its much-hyped ‘90 deals in 90 days’ initiative. So far, they’ve announced just one agreement--with the United Kingdom. But it hasn’t been finalized or ratified by Congress and is widely described as a framework rather than a full-fledged trade deal.

The irony? The UK is a country with which the U.S. already runs a trade surplus, so the practical impact of the agreement is minimal at best. In short, the effort has so far been a flop, and with only 11 days left, it’s hard to see that changing.

At one point, while Trump was bragging to reporters about some so-called successful negotiations, the Canadian Prime Minister turned to French President Macron and gave a knowing wink. I couldn’t help but laugh, it was hilarious, and frankly, a pretty understandable reaction.

Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney winks at French President Macron while Trump speaks beside them

MINNEAPOLIS — In a rambling, conspiratorial letter addressed to the FBI, alleged assassin Vance Boelter claimed Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz instructed him to kill U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar so that Walz could run for the U.S. Senate, according to two people familiar with the contents of the letter.

The letter is the clearest evidence yet of Boelter’s mindset after the targeted violence against Minnesota politicians last week. It is incoherent, one and a half pages long, confusing and hard to read, according to two people familiar with the letter’s contents. It includes Boelter alleging he had been trained by the U.S. military off the books, and that Walz, who is not running for Senate, had asked him to kill Klobuchar and others.

Who Is Feras Hamdan? Doctor Who Allegedly Drove Congressman Off Road

The police report says that Hamdan allegedly honked his horn, shouted threats, and made aggressive gestures toward Miller while pursuing his vehicle. Witnesses said that Hamdan repeatedly attempted to block Miller's car from changing lanes before forcing it off the road.
On the 911 call, Miller, who is Jewish, reported that a man driving a Tesla cut him off, displayed a Palestinian flag, and threatened, "I'm going to cut your throat and your daughter's," before adding, "You're a dirty Jew."
