They are trading partners with Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan it could be into an alliance in the future but for now it is just trading partners. China offered Uzbekistan fighter jets hence maybe they could come closer in the next 3-5 years.

You can add Bhutan but it is basically under China now as China is land grabbing there.

What IS relevant to this discussion is the harrowing truth, that AQ Khan gave Tehran an opportunity on a silver platter. I am beginning to think Iran will get through all this, with resilience and determination. When the dust settles some months from now, your senior most people may look back at certain points in recent history and ask the same questions being asked today in this thread. AQ Khan was the polar opposite of a "criminal". He was very much a servant of the people.

If Tehran has been hostile is because we don't tolerate terrorists operating freely within your borders. Whether a criminal or not, there is no evidence that Pakistan helped Iran to become nuclear, which would actually threaten Pakistan in some ways. What you don't realise is nuclear states don't want other states to have nukes, only them. So this idea that a nuclear state will make another state go nuclear is a fairy tale. But what is believable is if AQ had a solo vision for Muslim nations to be nuclear so he acted alone to do this and make some bread in the process.

This is very off topic, but Pakistans program is much deeper and established than Irans and it would also be a direct attack at China, as well as giving India regional power status on a plate, which is now established that the US do not want an independent pole
