They are coming or runaway since this base is under the missile range of IRAN which clearly announced that if Iran attacked by any other country they would response by attacking their basses.

This morning, a Shahab 3 Shehabs missile engine crashed into a car in Tel Aviv.
This is actually the oldest missile Iran has designed to hit Tel Aviv, more than 15 years old. If these old guys can hit Israel's most heavily defended areas, what will happen next?
