Israel said Iran is throwing cluster Munitions now, so those 4 Missiles could have packed a lot of punch, even if one of them is compared to bigger salvos. Reuters reported that the one yesterday had 20 submunitions. That's quite a lot for a single hit.

Pakistan need two weeks to make room for the Americans to work covertly from Pakistani military bases. PLUS it gives deniability. They come out of the meeting declare there is a two week delay. THAAD should supposedly already be out, last time I read it had 2 days of interceptors left and it has been 3 days now, since that news. Maybe that is why Iran is getting a lot more direct hits now.
