Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh says, "...On the first night after the strike, they (Pakistan) refused even to talk to our DGMO...On the day after these strikes on their airfields, they were the ones who came forward asking for time, asking whether they we would be willing to meet and talk to them and thereafter asking for a cessation of the hostilities, so that sequence should be very clear that they were the ones who capitulated and asked"

Absolutely...Your chief says air force was grounded for two days so India was completely defenceless....they should be thankful we didnt pull 1965 on them.....

Mig 29 was downed in Ramban, Su 30 in Akhnoor, Mirage in Pampore, 1 Rafale in Bathinda, 1 near the J&K Border, 1 Near Srinagar or somewhere there

I hold the theory the one shown in PAF press conference that showed a rafale near J&K border is the one that woman pilot was in, either she is a goner or she is in our custody and we can use her as a bargaining chip

Although honestly i think we should release her if she is in our custody

Would be believable if Pakistan didn't retaliate soon after attack on Nur Base. Ceasefire only happened after Pakistan retaliation even though India has been asking since 7th May.

Would be believable if Pakistan didn't retaliate soon after attack on Nur Base. So India agreed to stop despite retaliation. Both sides didnt want all out war and that was end of it.

Yep SH-15's were described as hell fire raining down, and now with guided missiles it literally destroyed so many Indian positions.
It doesn't really matter what they say considering they still haven't admitted aircraft losses when the whole world has been the proof and agrees with it.

Interesting smile by Alan in reply when above tweet was questioned by someone quoting all Rafale kills were by J10C.

Went onto the website and the PAF haven't confirmed yet.

Their version is basically..

6-7th May 72 aircrafts of IAF bomb some terrorist places and they all go back home without a scratch.

10th May India bomb Nur Khan airbase and Pakistan ask for ceasefire.

Nothing happened in between, Pakistani armed forces were sleeping in their bunkers. India the new superpower.

An entire echo chamber, has been since Swift Retort.

One BIG thing people are missing out here is how the army destroyed so many forward positions of the Indian army with the SH-15's;

This literally left their entire front vulnerable after their air force retreated deep into to launch strikes.
An extremely important point on the trajectory of the learning curve toward the IIOK liberation. Every point matters.....

Re read what I said … the year was 1965 not 1971 .. it was referring to Mig21 on the ground

You need to improve your attention to detail
Even then Kaiser Tufail himself in his 2015 book on 1965 war said only 2-3 MiG-21 were destroyed out of 10 in IAF inventory then.

Doubtful claim.
Both sides had roughly equal casualties along LoC, based on official casualty data

4 Indian Army soldiers and 6 Pak Army soldiers killed on LoC as per casualty figures by both sides.

2 BSF and 1 Indian Army soldier and one Pak Ranger and one PA killed along intl border.

There's videos of this, but I didn't say lots died either.
By the way where did you get the figures from, it's roughly that.
