If Israel falls, it will rewrite MENA politics for the rest of this century and keep the US/Europe embroiled in a quagmire.

As @RescueRanger said, the West will never let Israel 'fall', whatever that means.

But, just for fun, let's imagine what happens if Iran bashes Israel to the ground. The first thing that will happen is the Arab, Pakistani, and Turkish governments will turn green with jealousy and hatred towards Iran. Here they have been dutifully obedient slaves playing nice with Israel in the hope that the West will throw some crumbs their way, and Iran defeated their golden boy and became a hero to the entire Muslim world, including their own populations.
