Deal looks pretty good but 2034 looks like very long delivery timeline
Approximately only 5 planes per year for delivery finishes in 2034

There are no planes, no engines yet. If the first delivery starts in 2030, 10 planes will be delivered per year.Deal looks pretty good but 2034 looks like very long delivery timeline

I understand Turkish Officials have announced Pakistan's participation, but have any Pakistani Officials or Military Personnel confirmed partnership with KAAN or its acquisition? Is it possible Pakistan is simply sending its engineers for experience and only ToT for PFX?
No.A new engine by the end of the year?

Turkey’s KAAN Fighter Could Have a New Engine by the End of the Year
As the KAAN inches closer to its expected introduction, additional potential foreign client states may also line up to acquire the new platform.nationalinterest.org
Its pretty much widely accepted that Pakistan will likely buy the KAAN. The issue right now is that Pakistan has limited funds, and it wants to see something more substantial before it commits.I understand Turkish Officials have announced Pakistan's participation, but have any Pakistani Officials or Military Personnel confirmed partnership with KAAN or its acquisition? Would the PAF be interested into merging the PFX and its participation in the KAAN program, to go for the single engine version of the KAAN. Equipped with one TF35000, if Pakistan can build it bulk and the PFX/Kaan can be a long term replacement for all fighters except the J-35A. The TF35000 if paired with a 10,000 kg empty weight air frame would have the same thrust to weight as the Eurofighter. Build around missiles like the PL-17, it could really see all efforts move towards a viable “light to medium” fighter that can be build in bulk, and allow the PAF to have quantity and quality. Its pretty much widely accepted that Pakistan will likely buy the KAAN. On top of that, it's priority right now is the J-35A, as a war with India is now a very real looming threat. It's trying to rapidly prepare for it, and can't afford to spend money on a project that's still 5 to 10 years away from block 1.
